Kale Salad

  1 Bunch of kale cut up
  1 lemon
  Seasame oil
  Seasame seeds
  Apple cider vinegar
  Shredded carrots

Spring Herb Rainbow in Kreamy Curry Dressing

  1/2 bunch rainbow chard, tough ribs removed, leaves torn into bite-size pieces
  1/4 head red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  1/4th bunch fresh rosemary, chopped
  1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
(use whatever fresh herbs are in the house, or dried and put into dressing instead)

Creamy Curry Dressing
  1 Tablespoon curry powder
  1 apple, diced without core
  1-2 cloves of garlic
  1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  Juice of lime or mandrin orange/orange
  1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  1/4 cup of brewers yeast
  1 Tablespoon of whole grain mustard
